Paul Gerald Cattermole was born March 7, 1977. In his early life, Paul had aspirations to be a rugby player, But chose the showbiz route instead. Paul was a member of National Youth Music Theatre, along side fellow S Club member and future girlfriend Hannah and appeared in a few plays together. Through-out the remainder of his childhood Paul had a variation of jobs from being a postman, a butcher, a usher he joined some of his friends in a heavy metal band named Skua, at a show for the band Paul was approached by a representative by 19, who was looking for people to audition for S Club 7.

Of all the people who auditioned Paul was selected to be apart of the band, Paul shared 3 albums with them including “S Club”, “7”, and “Sunshine” before announcing he was leaving to rejoin his former band Skua. In the band, the relationship with Hannah grew a little more than just bandmates and in the third series of the television show the two acknowledge their relationship. Paul left the band following the release of the last single off their third album. His last preformance with the band was at the Queens Jubilee on June 3, 2002 where they performed “Don’t Stop Movin'” and “Move It”. He did appear briefly in the band’s forth television series entitled “Viva S Club”, and can even be heard on the bands fourth album on “Let Me Sleep”. Paul’s band Skua broke up only a few months after they reformed with a few concerts and a few recording sessions.

In 2005, Paul became the lead singer and songwriter for a newly formed band Charlie Bullitt. After performing in various pubs Paul left the group after they failed to gather any significant attention. In 2006, Paul and Hannah split for unknown reasons but remain civil at reunions, and even speak on Twitter. In 2007 Paul began an official MySpace, which featured new songs written by Paul as a solo artist and leading up to Christmas 2007, Paul joined former S Club member Bradley McIntosh by doing some DJ gigs.

In the following year, Paul joined forces with Jo O’Meara and Bradley McIntosh, to do a tribute band to S Club entitled S Club 3, The band tours various parts of Europe at different universities and performs S Club classics such as “Reach” and “S Club Party”. The trio perform together to this day. In mid-2011, Paul formed his own band and is planning a proper relaunch of his material.
